Expect NothingExpect Nothing is actually a grrrl riot hardcore project that went wrong: In the middle of 2006 a certain Israeli GUY whos name shall not be told decided to assemble a melodic hardcore band with a female vocalist. Although the female vocalist was never found, this certain GUY (who played guitar, for the record) decided to recruit a few nitwits to play along with him. He knew these kids had no real talent and therefore could play hardcore. He picked up Nir Hakim- a successful darbuka artist, Valer-E Shpolanski- the guitar player for a local pink floyd cover band, and Nir Klein- the manager of a the allstar hiphop group-Hikokiri. So the three of them and the GUY played together a couple of times, but no female vocals were found and the GUY decided to call it quits. The remaining trio did not give up and tried to do the vocals themselves. Nir k was chosen to do the lead vocals because he lost a bet. The new direction for this project was fast, melodic punkrock. And now, for a serious note: we've been playing for about a year now, and are now finishing our first EP which will be out soon hopefully, recorded in Rightway studios.
